Justice Thomas B. Miller
This story in today's Daily communication notes the passing of retired West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals Justice Thomas B. Miller. In the words of former W.Va. Supreme Court Clerk Ancil Ramey, Justice Miller was "a very hard worker, very intelligent, had pronounced passion for the law, had ample compassion for the litigants and the lawyers." Justice Miller was 79.
